– Goofy, active boy who will greet you with a loose, wiggly body

– Loves people and activity and likes to be at the center of whatever’s going on

– Knows sit and is incredibly food-motivated, so you could probably teach him just about anything with treats as rewards

– Mildly interested in toys here – he’d rather have a nice tasty bone – but he may be more interested once he’s in a home environment

– Does best with a harness on walks – everything is just so exciting!

– May benefit from a more mature home that will enjoy his size and energy

– Can be socially awkward around other dogs, but is interested in dog friends; would likely enjoy a dog pal who can match his energy and play style (dog intro recommended)

– We don’t know his history with cats

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
