– Loves playing fetch and spending time outside – Has done well accompanying her foster family in public and to places with patios – Enjoys lounging and sleeping in her kennel when her people are home; foster family says she has not had accidents in her kennel – Less fond of being in her kennel when her people are away and may try to find a way out – Foster family says she is still learning how to tell them when she needs to go outside to go potty, but does a pretty good job of holding it – Likes having things to chew on – Did well when meeting a child in her foster home – Has done well living with another dog in her foster home; may enjoy having a dog friend who can match her energy in her new home All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age) The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. |
