HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. They’ll be adopted as a pair. – Laid back kitty who enjoys being in the same room with you – Likes to snuggle in his cat bed or on the couch – When feeling playful likes toy balls and catnip toys – Has lived with dogs and other cats – Looking for a home with patient family members who will give him and his bonded buddy time to open up and take things at their own pace. They will do best starting out in their own room and slowly introduced to the rest of the house after a few days – Will be a wonderful friend for a calm, patient person who loves the quiet life just like he does – Young, busy children are just too much for him; he is looking for a home with adults only that is calm and peaceful – Has lived with dogs and other cats – Seems to get his confidence from his bonded buddy – they will be a lovely pair of cats for someone looking for companion cats who need extra time to trust and settle into their new home – This cat can be fearful and may need extra time to adjust.
