– Energetic guy who loves playing fetch and running around outside, but he’s also content to chill once he has gotten some energy out

– A snuggler, and his previous family said he liked to be close to them, especially at night

– Was crate-trained in his previous home and has been potty trained here in the shelter; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new schedule

– Not a fan of loud noises, including fireworks

– May be choosy about his dog friends and may like some dogs more than others (dog intro recommended)

– Needs a home with no cats

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
