– Can be quite nervous at first and may need time to form relationships with new people, but once he warms up he is happy and bouncy

– Loves treats and likes toys, and those will be great ways to bond with him

– Looking for a calm, teens-and-up home where all family members can give him time to settle in and help him build confidence

– Can be socially awkward with other dogs, but may enjoy a like-minded dog friend (dog intro required)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
