– Clumsy, cuddly goofball who loves snuggles and sleeping on the bed or couch

– When he’s out and about, he loves meeting people and getting pets and scratches

– Likes balls and squeaky toys

– Knows sit, shake and down

– Has been fully potty trained in his foster home; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new routine

– Foster family said he does well on a leash and does well home alone when they are away

– Has done well with other dogs but can be a linebacker-type player; will likely do best with a select group of rough-and-tumble dog friends with a similar play style (dog intro recommended)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
