HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. To schedule a time to meet this cat, please contact Mary at mmccarroll@arl-iowa.org — – VERY sweet cat who loves to cuddle and share her very loud purr – Loves head and neck scratches and will jump up to bump your hand – Will kneed the ground when given attention (like she’s marching!) and also, when you are petting her – too cute! – She is so funny and will “meow” when it’s time for bed, and will sleep with you throughout the night – Enjoys catnip and cat grass – Knows her name and will come when she is called – what a smart kitty! – She had a previous traumatic injury to her pelvis, but it doesn’t slow her down at all (more info at ARL) |
