– Loves wrestling with his puppy friends then napping in his foster family’s lap

– Working on building his confidence in his foster home, and he has now conquered stairs and settling in his kennel

– Has been making it through the night with no accidents in his kennel

– Food-motivated and would be fun to train

– Has made friends with the cat in his foster home, although the cat seemed big and scary at first

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
