– Friendly, medium-sized girl who loves to be busy and connect with people through play and other activities; will greet you with happy wiggles – Very goofy with lots of energy and a go-getter attitude; loves to check out all the toys – Really likes treats and would be fun to train with – Quite fearful when she arrived at the ARL; looking for a teens-and-up home where all family members can understand her body language and respect her signals – Seems friendly toward other dogs and would probably enjoy a similarly minded dog friend in her new home This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. If you’re interested in fostering to adopt, please reach out to meetme@arl-iowa.org. All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age) The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. |
