– Sweet lady who loves tennis balls, Kongs, rolling in the grass and spending time with her people

– Loves to learn and has great focus – especially if you have treats!

– May prefer to explore and do her own thing here in the shelter, but will likely blossom once she’s in a loving home environment and has had time to decompress

– Previous family said she knows sit and wait and is a people pleaser

– Was fully potty trained and crate-trained in her previous home; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new schedule

– Enjoys walks and may do best with a harness

– Not a fan of loud noises, including thunder and fireworks

– Lived with older kids in her previous home and did well with them

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
