Rowdy Rovers

Sometimes life can be way too exciting for our pups and when that happens they can forget all their manners. Rowdy Rovers is a four week class for dogs 5 months and older at the start of class. In this class we’ll help encourage our Rowdy Rovers to make polite choices as we work on the following and more:

• Four on the floor
• Leave it
• Recall (come)
• Counter Surfing
• Waiting at the door

This class meets once a week for four weeks. Participants will be required to watch the orientation video prior to coming to the first class via the link below.

No prior class is needed to attend Puppy Kindergarten.

Standard flat collar and standard 6 foot leash. Correctly fitted body-harnesses are also allowed. Pinch collars, head halters, electronic collars, or retractable leashes are not permitted. Small, bite-sized, treats in a pouch or bag.

The best way to train your pet is through the proper use of positive reinforcement and rewards. Please bring plenty of high value treats to class, such as cut up hotdogs, cheese, chicken, chewy training treats, etc.

Reactive dogs have a hard time focusing on their owner during the class making it hard for them to learn and retain the information they are being taught. If you are unsure if your dog will be successful in a group training class, a Drop-In training class is a great way to see if your dog is able to learn in the busy environment our training center provides.
