Kick off the weekend with Yappy Hour at Truman’s Tavern!
Grab your pup and unwind at Yappy Hour, hosted by the ARL and Truman’s KC Pizza Tavern! Enjoy a pleasant evening with pizza, live music by The Travelers, and good company—all in support of animals in need.
Whether you come for the pups, the pizza, or the patio vibes, it’s all for a great cause. So leash up your dog, tell a friend, and meet us for an evening of fun!
This is a FREE event, though we ask that you RSVP via the ticket link below. RSVP by June 26 to receive a free Tito’s bandana!

A portion of the proceeds from all Pink Poodles sold go directly back to the ARL!
How to Participate:
1. RSVP below and let us know you’re attending!
2. Show up thirsty and bring your dog(s)! Don’t have a dog? No worries! You don’t have to bring a dog to participate in this event, plus you’ll still be helping homeless pets with every drink!

Fine print:
We welcome friendly dogs of all sizes and breeds and their responsible owners. For the safety of your dog and others, female dogs should not be in heat and please check with your veterinarian to make sure your dog is up to date on all of its vaccinations. Dogs must be leashed and under control of their owner at all times. No retractable leashes, choke chains, or prong collars are allowed. The ARL adheres to a no-refund, no-credit policy. Once registered, if you are unable to attend, please consider your payment a tax-deductible donation. Tickets are non-refundable.
