Bring your dog for a swim at Teachout Aquatic Center!

Teachout Aquatic Center features a zero-depth entry pool, 2 waterslides (available for humans 48″ and taller), a grassy play area, and a raindrop water feature – There’s so much for you and your dog to explore during this fun swim! PLUS – visit our ARL booth and treat your pup to Frosty Paws dog ice cream, summer toys and merch, and the opportunity to enter our raffle.

Dog admission: $15 (includes 2 human tickets) 
Human only admission: $5
Kids admission (under 14): $3 

ALL registration proceeds go to support the homeless pets in need at the ARL, so gather some friends and join us for a swim! 

Covid-19 Information:

We ask all event attendees to practice current recommended safety guidelines. If you have questions about our COVID-19 safety measures, please contact events@arl-iowa.org 

Fine print:

We welcome friendly dogs of all sizes and breeds and their responsible owners. For the safety of your dog and others, female dogs should not be in heat and please check with your veterinarian to make sure your dog is up to date on all of its vaccinations. Dogs can be off leash while in the aquatic facility, but must be under control of their owner at all times. No retractable leashes, choke chains, or prong collars are allowed. To learn more about our policy on correction collars, visit this link.

The ARL adheres to a no-refund, no-credit policy. Once registered, if you are unable to attend, please consider your payment a tax-deductible donation. Tickets are non-refundable.
