HOW TO ADOPT: This animal is available for adoption by appointment. To schedule a time to meet this animal, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org. — – Packs a whole lot of spunk into a little body! She is always down to play with her foster family, and has quite the hilarious personality – Is living with small children in her foster home; currently thinks that ankles are the most fun of toys though but is working on breaking that habit – Enjoys her foster dog sibling and would thrive with a dog friend to continue growing with – Food is LIFE! Meals don’t usually last much longer than a matter of seconds even with her face wrinkles sometimes getting in the way – When she’s not eating, her favorite past times including watching Ms. Rachel or football games on TV and building pillow nests on the couch to nap in – Catching on to the whole “potty outside” concept though sometimes needs a bit of patience as she can get distracted easily! – The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. |
