– Sweet, smart and a snuggler – loves to give kisses

– Busy, energetic puppy who’s still working on his manners, but has been doing very well learning to redirect to toys and bones

– Has been potty trained while in his foster home; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new routine

– Has been crate-trained in his foster home and sleeps in his crate overnight, although of course he’d prefer to sleep in bed with his people

– Has done well with the school-age kids and dog in his foster home, and has also done well with the neighbor dogs

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
