– A love bug who constantly wants to be in your arms snuggling; also loves lying on top of you and being by your side

– Adores people and wants affection and attention from everyone; his goal in life is to snuggle with as many people as possible

– When he is happy getting attention from someone he will slowly melt onto the floor

– A big goofball, especially when he runs; also loves to sit in the sun and may love a fenced yard

– Loves walks and does great on a leash; will only pull when he sees someone he wants to cuddle with

– Knows sit and is very food motivated

– Appears to be potty trained in his foster home; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new routine

– Has done well when left alone in his foster home and will sleep or watch TV while he waits for them to get home

– Not too interested in toys right now, but he loves food – any food

– Does OK in the car but can be a bit nervous

– Does fantastic with dogs and has become great friends with another adoptable dog in his foster home; would likely love a dog friend in his new home

– We don’t know his history with cats or kids

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
