HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. To schedule a time to meet this cat, please contact Mary at mmccarroll@arl-iowa.org

– Gorgeous, and somewhat shy cat

– Will thrive in calmer, quiet home with more mature family members

– Seems interested in the other cats in her foster home, so she may do well with a cat friend in her new home, after a slow introduction

– A friendly girl who will rub up against you and share her loud purr

– Can be independent and when she is done with getting attention, she will go lay back down in her cat bed

– Enjoys a quiet place where she can hide that is her very own space

– Not interested in toys – is a talker but it’s very soft

– Prefers not to be picked up and carried

All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP as appropriate for their age)
