To schedule a time to meet him, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org. — Bunsen and Beaker are Bonded Buddies; they’ll be adopted as a pair – A bit larger and braver than his pal, he is quick to approach and check new things out; loves exploring in his foster home and spends a lot of time on his hind legs stretching up to see what you’re doing – Prefers interaction and pets on his terms, and prefers being petted on the ground as opposed to being held at this time – Has met dogs and cats through the pen at his foster home, and has shown some interest, approaching them for sniffs – Did well for a basic groom and nail trim while in shelter – Would benefit from continued litter box training; prefers paper litter to pellet litter in his foster home and has had almost no accidents since switching – Loves food and has the most adorable pellet-crunching noises – Has been getting fresh veggies for snacks in the foster home – he prefers carrots! |
