HOW TO ADOPT: This dog is available for adoption by appointment. To schedule a time to meet this dog, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org. — – Very outgoing and friendly with everyone she meets; constantly wags her tail happily – When she’s not playing, can be found napping on the couch – Loves exploring outside, but not a big fan of the rain or cold – Has made some progress on potty training, but will need some help from her new family to get to 100% – A sassy girl who isn’t afraid to speak her mind when things aren’t going her way – Very food motivated – Gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home – Curious about the cats in her foster home but can be easily redirected All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age) The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. |
