– Super sweet girl, who’s a little shy but warms up quickly; will likely open up even more in a home once she’s had a chance to decompress

– Loves to play fetch and likes treats

– Enjoys walks and does best with a harness

– May do best in a calm home with more mature family members who will give her space and time to settle in and gain confidence

– Tends to be an introvert around other dogs and may prefer one-on-one interactions or smaller groups of dog friends; would be most comfortable with a slow introduction to new dogs, and may not be comfortable at dog parks or at large, dog-friendly events (dog intro required)

– We don’t her history with cats

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
