– Kind and sweet girl who looks to those she’s comfortable with for help

– Highly recommended to have an adults only home at this time; may do well in a mature and predictable home.

– food motivated, and has been building relationship with new people using pattern games

– May take some time to warm up to new people, but has been building relationships quickly in the shelter environment

– Can be unsure and socially awkward with other dogs, but appears to enjoy the company of other dogs. May enjoy a dog friend in her future home after a slow introduction.

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
