HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. – Sweet, shy, gentle cat looking for a quiet home

– LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to be brushed and it is a great way to bond with him

– A larger boy who loves to lie in his cat bed and your lap!

– Is not a fan of the other cats in his foster, so he will do best in a home as the only cat, or in a home with just one other cat who will leave him alone

– Children are not a good fit, so he is looking for a more mature home

– Will bond quickly with his person and be a devoted and faithful friend

– Looking for a home with patient family members who will give him time to open up and let him take things at his own pace. He does best when he starts out in his own room and is slowly introduced to the rest of the house over a few days

– Has a lot of love to give and will be a wonderful companion for a quiet person or two who enjoy the quieter life, just like he does

– Prefers a stainless-steel litterbox, that is kept clean and fresh

– Is eating a urinary care diet (Hills Science Diet C/D and/or Royal Canin SO), due to previously having bladder stones. The stones have dissolved, but we recommend that he stay on a special diet – more information at ARL)!
