- A kind and gentle soul who is excited to meet new people and get lots of pets
- Loves watching people walk by outside his window
- Loves hanging out in his dog bed and chewing on chew toys
- Will enjoy participating in loves of activities with you and being at the center of whatever's going on
- Appears to be completely potty trained, just remember any dog may take time to adjust to a new schedule and routine
- Is allowed in his foster family's kitchen and has not tried to get anything from the counters
- Walks nicely on a leash and knows sit; super smart and would probably enjoy learning more skills
- Takes some convincing to get in the car, but does fine once he's in
- Plays well with other dogs and would probably love having dog friends
- Has done well with children and played with them very respectfully
- Likely has allergies (more info at ARL)
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
