- Likes getting pets all over and will ask for them when he wants more; LOVES butt scratches and seems to warm up quickly to new people
- Loves playing with tennis balls (and lots of other toys!) and can be goofy when playing
- Had a great time on a Dog's Day Out field trip and did well with a school-age child during his outing. Here's what his companions had to say: "He's very friendly, loves being outside, and loves people and getting petted. He's very active and would be a good dog to take running."

- Has been making good progress on potty training, will just need some help from his new family to get to 100%
- Can be a little unsure of new dogs, but enjoys spending time with dogs who have a similar play style; would likely get along with a calm, low-key dog who could help him build confidence in his new home
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
