– What an AMAZING cat! He is an affectionate, loving fellow

– He loves to be with his people and will sleep with you at the foot of the bed

– Really enjoys looking outside while sitting on the back of a couch and will enjoy a cat tree, a high perch, or window landing where he can watch the world go by and watch outdoor critters at play

– Is active and loves to play with his cat toys

– Is doing well with the children in his foster home and likes to snuggle up close to them and even lets them rub his tummy!

– Likes wet/canned food mixed with his crunchy kibble, and Churu treats

– Has done well with other cats

This cat has tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus. FIV attacks the immune system leaving a cat vulnerable to recurrent infections. There currently is no cure for FIV, but infected cats can live fairly normal lives for years. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Casual contact such as sharing food/water bowls, mutual grooming, etc. is unlikely to spread FIV. However, we recommend that this cat be an only cat or live with other FIV+ cats.
