- Recently went on a Dog's Day Out field trip and had a great time with her human companions: "Maki is a super sweet dog that loves people. She loves playing fetch, going for car rides and walks. She's an active girl that warms up quickly and will make a perfect companion!"
- Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for her(mature home recommended)
- Tends to avoid other dogs (dog intro recommended)
- The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
