- Does well in a crate, and his previous family said he only had accidents in the crate when left for 5+ hours; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new schedule

- Previous family said he has done well when meeting other animals and may bark when he sees other dogs on walks but has just sniffed them when up close; may be uncomfortable and a bit awkward around new dogs and may need some time to warm up (dog intro recommended)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
