– Very kind boy whose favorite thing to do is sleep in his bed and look cute

– Loves people and activity and likes to be at the center of whatever’s going on; will go from person to person and ask for pets, and even when he’s exploring he’ll check in often to get some love

– Can be a little uncomfortable with new people reaching out to him quickly, and is much more comfortable meeting people at his own pace

– Knows sit and down and loves treats, so he’d be fun to train

– Tends to be socially awkward with other dogs and can be a bit pushy in his awkwardness; loosens up the more he interacts with the dog (dog intro required)

– We don’t know his history with kids or cats

– Has a cute spotted tongue!

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL’s shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
