- Very much a puppy who loves to play and be active
- Has a rough-and-tumble, linebacker-like play style with other dogs, but when he finds the right dog friend they're a great outlet for his energy; would benefit from having a dog in his home who can match his play style while also respecting his boundaries (check out the video of him below playing with several like-minded dog friends!)
- Already knows sit and is very food-motivated (he'll do almost anything for a little whipped cream); would love to learn more in classes
- Can forget his mouth manners when he's bored or frustrated, so he's looking for a family who can give him plenty of toys, exercise and other appropriate outlets for his energy to set him up for success
- To help set him up for success, adopters will receive 25% off ARL group classes and participation in our ModSquad program, which includes two free sessions with a private trainer/consultant
- Will be a great friend for an active person or mature family who has time to spend with him and train him so he can grow up to be the best dog he can be
- We can't decide which is cuter - his ears or his brows!
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
