---

- Very friendly, fun, active and playful cat who enjoys sitting next to you and being involved with his human family

- His favorite toys are laser pointers, catnip toys and feather toys

- Has been good about using his scratching post

- Is a very curious fellow and enjoys looking out the window watching all of the activities

- He craves petting and is playful with his white paws - you may mistake this for aggressiveness, but it's actually dog-level playfulness, but he keeps his claws retracted

- Wants to be near his humans, and will nuzzle up to you and start purring

- Enjoys sleeping with his family at night

- Needs to be the only animal in his new home

- Cat-savvy foster was able to work with him and read body language - he is now active and adventurous, moving from the finished basement to exploring around the house

- He adores laying in she sunshine and his foster family will find him lounging in a sunlit windowsill, in front of the sliding door, and in the family room

- Not a good fit for young children, so he is looking for a home with mature family members (teens and older) - he really enjoys hanging out with the young teens in his foster home

- Looking for cat-savvy people who can read his body language and give him space and time to unwind when he needs that

- This cat has shown signs of overstimulation while in the shelter. Lots of handling, playing with hands, and excessive petting can cause them to overstimulate, which can result in scratching and/or biting. This cat is looking for experienced cat owners who will watch this cat's body language while interacting to note signs of overstimulation (tail waving, fur rippling, dilated pupils, ears turned back and quick body movements) and be willing to respect their boundaries. This cat will also benefit from interactive toys such as wands and ball spinners while playing. We are happy to speak with you more when you visit and can provide post-adoption resources. If you can give this cat mental stimulation, patience and space when they need it, please consider adopting! They would love to be your sidekick and buddy for life!

All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP as appropriate for their age)
